Our Student houses to let in Selly Oak, near Birmingham University

Each house will have either a current HMO licence if required or an additional licence.

These are available on request

All of the student properties are in Selly Oak, within walking distance to Birmingham University

Every house is maintained and has a gas safety certificate and fitted with smoke alarms.

Every house will have a current EICR which is a legal requirement. Houses are inspected on a quarterly basis to make sure everything is safe. Both gas and EICR will be sent to the tenant prior to renting
